  Shabby waiting rooms and absurd access to the practice. Virtually no free parking in or around the adjoining sheets as they are residents parking only or all yellow lines? Only alternatives are the pay and display car parks. All pavements around the practice do not have dropped kerbs which is a hazard for wheel chair patients and pushchairs. The reception is cluttered, carpets are old and marked and the seats look like someone has sourced a job lot from various school sales. A plethora of baffling old blue tacked posters cover the walls. Reception is cluttered and patients are asked on occasions to move so staff can get access to storage cupboards in waiting rooms! Absurd tannoy system which is virtually inaudable. Nurses call for patients to go to the consulting rooms following the garbled messages so whats the point!? The staff work hard but are obviously under pressure of patient numbers. However no excuse for the general appearance of the place which does not convey an atmosphere of proffesionalism or organisation. Resolving the above could really improve this practice. Simple quick fixes. Patients deserve more.
